Global Learning Event Series & Student Marketing Strategy

The Challenge:

Engage high-school students in meaningful, globally focused learning experiences outside the traditional classroom. The objective was to ignite genuine curiosity about cultures and global issues, while overcoming the challenge of competing priorities, varying attention spans, and the fast-paced digital environment that shapes teen engagement.

The Solution:

Design a series of interactive learning events that blended cultural immersion, student voice, and real-world relevance. Pair instructional design principles with youth-centered marketing strategies to ensure the experiences felt exciting, accessible, and aligned with student interests and identities.

Development & Marketing:

A full program cycle was designed and executed, from content curation to student-focused promotion. Diverse global themes were selected and paired with immersive formats including interactive workshops, cultural showcases, multimedia storytelling, and student-led conversations. Collaboration with cultural organizations, student groups, and faculty strengthened authenticity and broadened perspectives.

A strategic youth-centered marketing approach drove engagement, utilizing visually compelling promotional materials, concise social-style messaging, student ambassador partnerships, and school-wide communication channels to build excitement and visibility.

Impact highlights:

  • Increased student participation and repeat attendance across events
