Overview
As an independent consultant for LHH, I facilitated leadership and team-development programs for companies including Jamar, Promigas, and other regional organizations in Barranquilla and Cartagena. Key Learning Experience Example:
To reinforce communication and team dynamics, I incorporated Colourblind Plus, a structured experiential learning activity in which participants must describe abstract shapes to one another without sharing visual references (e.g., seated back-to-back or blindfolded).
This simulation strengthens:
